Capitalisation
Capital letters are always used for:
- the first word in the body of the letter
- nationalities and languages (for example, British, American, the English language)
- the first person singular ("I")
Bullet points
In the UK the first letter of a bulleted line is usually in lower case (small):

In the US the first letter of a bulleted line is in upper case (capitals):
