Capitalisation

Capital letters are always used for:

  • the first word in the body of the letter
  • nationalities and languages (for example, British, American, the English language)
  • the first person singular ("I")

Bullet points

In the UK the first letter of a bulleted line is usually in lower case (small):

Tour guide for Regio Bamberg GmbH

  • designed tours to meet individual customer requirements
  • conveyed historical knowledge in an entertaining way both in English and German
  • established good relationships with visitors

 

In the US the first letter of a bulleted line is in upper case (capitals):
